Avanteria delivers on Microsoft technologies and works alongside the wider ecosystem where a client estate requires it.
Most environments involve suppliers other than us: an incumbent systems integrator, a managed service provider, a regulatory adviser, or the client own platform team. We work alongside them, and we are explicit about interface points, responsibilities and escalation before delivery starts rather than during the first incident.

We are explicit about interface points, responsibilities and escalation before delivery starts rather than during the first incident. In practice that means a written responsibility matrix, agreed escalation contacts on both sides, and a joint change process where systems overlap.
Our position on partnership claims
We publish partnership and competency status only where it has been formally granted and can be verified, with the issuing body and validity date shown alongside it.
