About Avanteria

A Microsoft consultancy built around outcomes, not licences

Avanteria helps organisations plan, implement, govern, adopt and continuously improve solutions on the Microsoft cloud. We work across Microsoft 365 and Copilot, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft Fabric and the Microsoft security stack, and we start from the business process rather than the product.

Tagline

Innovate. Transform. Elevate.

Technology programmes rarely fail for technical reasons. They fail because the problem was framed loosely, because the design encoded an assumption nobody tested, or because the people expected to change their working day were consulted after the build. Avanteria is organised to reduce those risks: short, evidence-led discovery; architecture decisions recorded rather than assumed; configuration preferred over code unless the requirement genuinely demands it; and adoption planned from design rather than added at testing.

We are deliberately specialised. Working within one platform family means our architects have seen how these products behave under real constraints: permission models that were never reviewed, data that does not match its documentation, integrations built for a system since replaced. That experience is what makes an estimate credible and a design durable.

We are equally clear about what we are not. We do not sell licences we cannot support, we do not promise outcomes we cannot influence, and we do not present figures as evidence unless we can stand behind them.

How we work

Six working principles

Small teams, senior involvement

Engagements are staffed by practitioners who do the work, not by a layer of coordinators above one. The architect who designed the solution is available during delivery.

Fixed-length discovery

Discovery has a defined end date and a defined output. It answers the questions that unlock the decision and then stops.

Decisions recorded

Significant architecture and design decisions are captured as short records covering context, options, decision and consequences. Handover then means something.

Increments the business can see

Delivery produces reviewable increments on a regular cadence, so feedback arrives while it is still inexpensive to act on.

Evidence at every gate

Testing, accessibility, security and performance work produces artefacts that can be reviewed, not assurances that they were considered.

Enablement as a deliverable

Runbooks, administrator enablement and documented operating procedures are part of scope, not an optional extra at the end.

Governance and quality

What we commit to on every engagement

These commitments are the same regardless of engagement size. They are what makes the estimate defensible and the handover meaningful.

Business-first discovery

Every engagement starts with the process and the outcome. Product selection follows the requirement rather than preceding it.

Solution architecture

A named architect owns the technical shape of the solution and records the decisions that shaped it.

Security by design

Identity, permission and data protection design are established during design, and reviewed before release.

Platform governance

Environment strategy, policy, ownership and lifecycle are designed alongside enablement rather than after an incident.

Quality assurance

Testing produces evidence across functional, integration, accessibility, security and performance dimensions.

Adoption and enablement

Change activity is planned from design, targeted at specific behaviours, and measured by what people do.

Continuous improvement

Post-launch enhancement is planned and funded, with a backlog owned by a named product owner.

Questions

What people usually ask first

What does Avanteria specialise in?

Microsoft platform consulting: Microsoft 365 and Copilot, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft Fabric and the Microsoft security stack. We cover advisory, design, implementation, quality assurance, adoption and managed services within that scope.

How do engagements usually start?

Most begin with a short, fixed-length discovery: a small number of workshops, a review of the current environment, and a written output covering options, sequence, effort ranges and risks. That output is designed to be usable whether or not you continue with us.

How are estimates produced?

Effort is estimated as a range with the assumptions and exclusions stated explicitly, and contingency applied according to assessed complexity and risk. We do not present a single number without the reasoning that produced it.

Do you work with existing internal teams?

Yes. A substantial part of our work is delivered alongside internal teams, including joint delivery and enablement models where the objective is for the client team to own the solution afterwards.

Can you support a solution after it goes live?

Yes. Managed services cover application support, platform administration, monitoring, incident management and a funded enhancement backlog with an agreed release cadence.

Where do you work?

We are based in Byblos, Lebanon. More countries are coming soon.
